Compared to the previous episode, the twelfth and final installment in the season felt a little underwhelming. Still, it was cute and enjoyable in the usual way of Natsume Yujincho.

Natsume’s Book of Friends has always treated Reiko in an interesting way. In episode 11 of Season 7, we learn more about Reiko and revisit the topic of why she’s such an outcast.
