Thanks for visiting Anime Rants! Today we’re reviewing the most recent episodes of Solo Leveling. (Season 2 episodes 11 and 12).

Solo Leveling episode 22 (AKA Season 2 episode 10). Ever since hearing about Jeju Island, I thought this all seemed familiar. It’s too similar to Hunter x Hunter.

Jinwoo’s mother finally wakes up in episode 21 (AKA season 2 episode 9). I didn’t expect Solo Leveling to make me cry, but this episode did!

I enjoyed meeting the new character, Esil the demon girl. I giggled watching her become the next female character afflicted with Jinwoo Worship Syndrome.

Something big is about to happen in Solo Leveling. This installment seemed like the calm before the storm. Let’s review what happened in episode 19

These two installments were both great, but the second one (episode 18) blew me away with its stunning visuals. There was so much dynamic, cool, and colorful animation.

It may take me another week to get caught up to the current episodes, but here are my notes for Solo Leveling episodes 15 and 16.

The first episode of the new season was absolutely beautiful from an audio-visual standpoint. I am not a big fan of most anime that exists for (primarily male) wish fulfillment fantasies, but Solo Leveling is an exception.
