Hello, dear readers. This is just a quick note to let you all know that I’ve been having technical troubles and that’s why there’s been a delay in my posts. I’ll try to get back on track as soon as possible, but it may take me a while to catch up. Starting next week, Tuesday May 26th, I will be attending an intensive form of group therapy called a PHP group. It’s as many hours as a part-time job, so I will likely have less time for blogging in the upcoming month of June. I will be enrolled for at least 4 weeks, and I wanted to give everyone a head’s up.

Long story short, I can no longer make WordPress work on Chrome. Switching to a different browser was the only “solution” I could find after a day of troubleshooting with WordPress support and my more tech-savvy friends. Technology has always been extremely daunting to me, and I’m not good with anything computer-related no matter how much it’s expected of me as a Millennial. I frequently have older folks thinking I must be good with technology because I’m “young.” It’s frustrating because I’m about as clueless as a boomer. On the bright side, the experience with WordPress support was positive. And that’s why I haven’t been able to make any edits or posts for the last few days.

As for why I’m doing the PHP group, my mental health issues are still preventing me from being where I want to be in life. I used to be in and out of the psych hospital, but over the last decade, I have stabilized and not needed hospitalization in years. I’ve come a long way in terms of mental health, but I still have a ways to go. This PHP could help me prepare for working again. For anyone dealing with mental health issues – or confusing technical difficulties – I am sending virtual hugs your way. You’re not alone, so hang in there! Sayonara until next time.

Also note: The only thing that doesn’t work on this browser is uploading images. I’m not sure when or if that will be fixed. I apologize for the plain posts for a while.
