Seiyuu Series: Yoko Hikasa

Welcome! Instead of my usual random rant, today we have a list entry. I’ve been wanting to have some posts about cast and production committees of anime series for a while now. In particular, I’ll focus on voice actors (seiyuu). Yoko Hikasa is a female Japanese seiyuu. This is a random person to start with, since she’s not in my top favorites, but you must start somewhere.
